Florida Sophisticated modern dream home in Winter Park

NeMo or New Modern is a sophisticated and luxurious home design by Phil Kean Design Group, that embraces the mid-century architectural inspirations of Wright, Rudolph, Schindler and Neutra to create a new modern classic in Winter Park, Florida. True to these mid-century design ideas, the house steps toward the corner following the lot’s topography and incorporates flat roofs and corner glass walls. Scale and design qualities were maintained while taking advantage of today’s technologies to fulfill the need for luxury and convenience. Exceptional features of the home include: an over-sized kitchen with wine storage; a luxurious owner’s retreat with large bath and separate steam and massage rooms; a saltwater aquarium; and separate media and game rooms. Finally, the use of natural materials, neutral colors, water features, and lighting achieve the client’s desire to keep the house warm and relaxed.
